For property investors

Real visibility into the doors you own.

If someone else manages your units, you need a clear view of the records that affect you. Aptoria's owner view is scoped to your properties and the workflows your property team has enabled. Access is arranged during the private beta.
Role-scoped owner view
Provider-backed payouts
Numbers from the ledger
The owner blind spots

What you can’t see is costing you.

Your PM emails statements as PDFs — sometimes monthly, sometimes “soon.”
Where enabled, review the available statement and distribution records in one place.
You don't really know your cap rate right now — you trust last year's spreadsheet.
Inspect the source figures behind supported property reports and confirm their coverage with your team.
Payments come by check or wire and take 5–7 days to clear.
See provider-backed payout states when an eligible payment workflow is configured; timing depends on the provider.
When something goes wrong — vacancy, late tenants — you find out a month later.
Use available vacancy and balance information to ask your property team informed questions.
How the money reaches you

From rent collected to cash in your account.

01
Rent posts
As tenants pay, income lands in the ledger against the right property — no month-end reconstruction.
02
Review the numbers
Supported reports use available recorded transactions. Confirm dates, completeness, and definitions before relying on a metric.
03
Provider-backed ACH
Authorized distributions route through Stripe Connect; provider acceptance, settlement, returns, reversals, and payout timing remain visible and distinct.
04
You can inspect it
Supported statements and transfers retain available source, provider, approval, lifecycle, and verification context; coverage depends on the enabled workflow.
What lands in your portal

This is what "current" actually looks like.

Illustrative preview with fictional properties, amounts, dates, and IDs. It shows the type of record an enabled owner view can organize; it is not a customer account or proof of a completed payout.
Live from your queue
Visibility without interference

See everything. Break nothing.

The supported owner view is designed for read-only access to authorized property information. Your property team controls what is enabled and should verify account scope during setup.
Organization and property access are scoped by database policy as well as the interface.
You can’t edit the PM’s data; the visibility is one-directional by construction.
Available reports need source and date context; a displayed figure is not proof that every external event has settled.
Optional alerts keep you informed on vacancy and AR aging while your PM keeps ownership of the response.
What you gain

The clarity a spreadsheet never gave you.

Know your true returns
Review supported income and expense views with their date range and source coverage before using them to calculate returns.
Follow payout status
Where an eligible provider-backed workflow is enabled, see available transfer status and confirm settlement with the provider.
Read-only by design
You see your own properties and distributions; you can’t accidentally edit anything on the PM’s side. Enforced by row-level security in the database.
Trust without theater
Verifiable, not vibes.
Three things you can check yourself — without a sales call, without a logo carousel.
Review cancellation and reversal scope before relying on it.
Eligible irreversible autonomous actions using Aptoria’s soft-commit workflow have a 15-minute cancellation window before execution. Undo is available only for actions marked reversible; completed provider or external actions may need a separate remedy.
Soft-commit scope
Decision records with available hash verification.
For organization-scoped decisions recorded through the current decision ledger, Aptoria can verify hash-chain structure and available content hashes. It is not an immutable external archive, complete legal record, or compliance certification.
Ledger scope
Human review remains part of consequential work.
Supported policy blocks keep defined action classes, including eviction filing, applicant denial, lease termination, and security-deposit deductions, out of autonomous execution. Product controls do not replace legal review or jurisdiction-specific advice.
