Our story
Why Aptoria exists.
Aptoria exists because rental work is fragmented across ledgers, messages, payment providers, maintenance records, and compliance evidence. One workspace brings those records together while supported workflows keep evidence attached and use a cancellable window only where the workflow is eligible.
The premise: AI execution is useful only when its authority, evidence, and stop points are visible. The landlord confirms authority; Aptoria prepares, routes, records, and waits where evidence, provider readiness, or approval is missing.

AI that earns trust
Supported execution workflows create attributable activity records. An eligible pending action may be cancelled before execution; undo is available only where the workflow marks an action reversible.
Operator-first defaults
We never ship a feature that makes life harder for the landlord just to look impressive in a deck.
Tenant data is sacred
Supported database access paths use workspace-scoped access controls. Configured workflows can use subprocessors as described in our Privacy Policy and DPA.
Publish what changed
Release notes and availability labels should make clear what changed, what remains staged or planned, and which workflows need account-specific setup.
