Migration availability

Supported PMS, CSV, OFX, and QuickBooks Web Connect inputs can enter local preflight or review staging only; Aptoria does not currently represent those paths as live portfolio apply, accounting cutover, or rollback.

Rent-pricing boundary

Aptoria does not pool rents, leases, payment history, or competitor data to generate cross-landlord rent recommendations, and current product policy does not select a rent price for the landlord.

Payment-state visibility

Supported payment surfaces distinguish pending, processing, paid, returned, reversed, and failed states when those states are available from the configured workflow.

Important: A displayed status depends on provider delivery and does not accelerate settlement or eliminate returns and disputes.

Workspace controls

Aptoria is designed around organization-scoped access, least-privilege service roles, provider-boundary controls, audit logging, and review paths for sensitive AI outputs.

Important: Security controls and review gates reduce risk but are not a guarantee that every future message, law, integration, or human decision is compliant.

Public operating data

Aptoria does not publish modeled customer performance as measured results. Its public receipts program publishes only dated, defined, and appropriately caveated data when it exists.
