The approval queue is the core interface of an autonomous property-management system, the idea that 'the queue is the product.' Instead of hunting through screens, you open the app to one view: what the agent has already done on its own, and beneath it a short, ranked list of the items that fall outside its limits or need a human by law, each ready to approve or deny in a tap. The routine work is finished; your attention goes only where it is actually needed.
This inverts the usual software relationship. A system of record makes you initiate every action; the queue makes the software act and report, and asks you only to adjudicate the exceptions. Items reach the queue when they exceed a bounded-autonomy threshold, land on the blocked floor, or otherwise call for judgment, such as a large transfer, a proposed applicant denial, or an ambiguous maintenance call. Everything that passes through it is written to the audit trail.
